If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you with a full refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened or new condition with the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange it for you. You will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.

Direct sell, in hand sales items are not returnable for credit. Examples of these products are cases of chocolate bars, lollipops and small package candy or snacks. We assure YOUR order's quality & freshness. We do not accept returns on case product orders.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of product return. Return of items purchased by credit card will be issued a credit upon their card. Returns not purchased by credit card will be issued a store credit valid for two years from date of return.

Music Resource, Inc. is the sole responsible party for credit card billing and dispute arbitration.

Returns Procedure
Customer Service must approve all returns. Once validated a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is issued. To request an RA#, please email us at sales@alphafundraising.com. All returns must display the Return Authorization number on the outside of each package, along with the customer's return address. Returns received at our facility without authorization will be refused upon delivery. Apply for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Important Information
Some special order, opened, used and case products are non-returnable. Prior to returning merchandise to us, contents must be well packaged to assure safe arrival. Product must be in re-salable condition. Shipments must be received pre-paid at our returns facility. Any COD shipments will not be accepted.

Returns Procedure Summary
Please follow these simple steps to ensure your fast returns and appropriate new shipment or credit.
1. You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns cannot be accepted without this number. You may contact Customer Service in either of the following two ways:

2. Information Needed
Please include the following information as part of your email or fax.
• Order confirmation number
• Your name
• Your e-mail address
• Your phone number
• Product #
• Product Name
• Reason for return
Apply for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

3. Fill out the return-shipping label, including your RA#. Returns cannot be accepted without an RA#.
• Enclose merchandise and the completed returns slip in a sturdy package (the original package is preferred).
• Enclose the original packing slip and/or invoice copy in the package.
• Affix the return label to the outside of the package and send to the following address:
